Поскольку меня суд ни к чему такому не обязывал, я решил скопировать её записи.

Save Katya from the forced adoption! Part 1.
Save Katya from the forced adoption! Part 1.

Laila Brice is a journalist from Latvia. Some time ago she was working as an editor of the Russian newspaper in London. At 8 March 2010 the social services of London Borough of Merton had used the fact that at that time Laila did not know English good enough and did not understand the situation, had forced her to give up her two years old daughter Katya to the care of the social services by using sheathing and forgery . Since then it was passed two and half years. All this time Laila who has the older, 21 years old daughter Mayja, was fighting with the social services to return Katya to the family. From the very beginning the social services was carefully concealing from her the fact that they were going to take Katya to another family without consent of the mother. This is that in Great Britain is calling the forced adoption. In Europe this situation does not exist anywhere except Croatia and possible Portugal. The deception of social workers was discovered when Laila had lost her hearing in the Family court and had access to the reports from the Scotland Yard, founding the evidence that her child had been literally kidnapped by social services. The document is here:
PP is meaning Police Protection. The document is meaning that Laila could get back her child in the afternoon at 8 March 2010. But this had not happened. The document was consealed from Laila by the social worker of London Borough of Merton Clara Masenda. I will tell details later on.
There is a photograph of Laila and her five-month old Katya, which had been taken by me in 2008. I was staying for a week with the family, watching the lovely, well groomed child who was being beloved by the mother. Laila was taking a great care for Katya and the child was never left without attention ever for a minute. Mayja, the oldest daughter, was helping to the mother to mind the child. Laila and Mayja were thrilled by the obstacles that they were in London; they were shopping and discussing the prospects of future. Mayja was attending the college, getting the excellent marks and was being praised by teachers. The family was absolutely happy. I had no idea that a couple years later I would have seen a very different family, lost and miserable. Katya’s father, who never had been joined to the family in London, left Laila for another woman. Katya herself also was not in the house. She was under care of Social Services of London Borough of Merton. Social workers put Katya under foster care into house of foster carer from Mauritius Island. There were two other girls, much older than Katya. Both were from an alcoholic’s family. One from the girls constantly beat the little Katya but the social workers did not pay any attention to the complaints of the Katya’s mother.
Three years later after I had taken the pictures of five-old Katya, I was told how Katya came into care of Social services. Laila, Mayja and Katya moved to another apartment. Mayja went to the university and Laila found the editor job in the Russian newspaper. Usually she was working from home. The owner of the newspaper was paying little and irregular. Because of that Laila detained rent to the landlord. He did not like it and constantly was treating to evict the family from the apartment. At 5th March, 2010 the owner of
the newspaper had demanded Laila to attend the newspaper office immediately. A file was lost and has been needed to be found. Laila’s justification that she had a little sick child and the weather was too bad to take the child with her had been not taken into account. Laila had been demanded or immediately attend the work office or be fired. In the panic Laila was starting to ring to the friends. She wanted that somebody took care of Katya at the time she would be attended the office. Her friend Violetta had agreed to care for little Katya. However, she needed a time to close the shop where she had been worked and to go to the Laila’s house. Meanwhile, the owner of the newspaper was continuing to call, requesting to go to the office immediately. There was no time for Laila to wait the friend. So Laila had removed all items which a little Katya could swallow or they could hurt her, got her dressed into the warm clothes, put the bottles with tea and yogurt on the table and turned off the old boiler which could be a cause for an accident. She had kissed the child, asked Katya for forgiveness, tightly closed the door of the room and went for a work. That was the last day when Laila saw her little daughter at home. As it was turned out later, Laila’s friend was stuck in the road jam. At that time, the door had been opened by the key of the landlord and he had entered to the apartment. He saw a little Katya alone and without attention and called the police. When the police had arrived, using as more as three cars, policemen had taken Katya with them and arrested Laila’s friend when she came to house and the older daughter Maya, who also went to home from the university. Laila was also had been arrested. Three days later the social worker of London Borough of Merton Clara Masenda concealed from Laila the fact that the child would have been returned to the mother the same day and tricked her to put Laila’s sign to the paper about social care for Katya. It was 8 March 2010. The social workers of London Borough of Merton had to hurry because of the next day Laila and her daughter Mayja could receive back their mobile phones which had been confiscated by the police and Laila would have known that she could receive her child back. So Clara Masenda had called Laila and asked to go to the office of Social Services. However, Laila had to work in the newspaper’s office and had said to Clara Masenda about that. As Clara Masenda had to hurry, she goes to the newspaper’s office at that evening. She had asked Laila to sign the document about putting Katya under care of social services but Laila had refused. So Clara Masenda had presented the document as the permission for social services to provide the medical care for the child. The copy of this document had not been provided to Laila. The same day, at 8 March 2010 Masenda herself had reported back to the authority of Social services that Laila agreed to put Katya under care of social services. She was lying. In order to conceive the lie Clara Masenda went to Laila the next day. That time she had come with an interpreter. Clara Masenda had said to Laila that she could return her daughter only if Laila have signed the papers about putting Katya under care of social services. This way was how the campaign had been started in order to put little Katya under the forced adoption. The social services did not say to Laila that they were not going to return the child to the mother. On the contrary, Laila had been sent to the numerous "assessments”. Laila had successfully passed them all to the chagrin of the social workers. She also had constantly asked: “When Katya come back to me?” The social workers had assured Laila that Katya would be back very soon. However, to return Katya to the mother was impossible: there was a queue of people wanting to adopt the pretty white (this is especially emphasized) girl. And here we need to talk about the extraneous circumstances.
In recent years British newspapers are full of these ads: "Guardians wanted!" Or these: "Create a family: adopt!" This is the part of the government policy. The British Prime Minister Tony Blair has advisors like the former head of Barnardos Martin Narey. The post of Minister for Children is belonged to Tim Loughton, who had been adopted himself, coming from the family of foster carers and did not see in adoption anything wrong. The UK government believes that adoption should be an excellent solution for reducing the cost of maintenance children under social services care. Of course, every foster carer gets £ 400 a week for each child and also social services pays to the foster carer for a car, holyday and so on. We can compare - the birth mother receives for a child only £ 20 a week. Foster care is a profitable business, so children are demanding. However, to put the child for an adoption is ever more profitable. According to the well-known web site of Ian Josephs http://www.forced-adoption.com/introduction.asp , a case in the family court costs an average £ 70,000 per day (Laila have had 9 days hearing), therapists, psychiatrists and counselors are paid around £ 3000, the “professionals” who “help” the distraught mother, are paid around £ 3000 per hour, adoption and fostering agencies charging up to £18,000 per placement and so on. “In 2004, caring for Britain's most vulnerable children is a multi-million pound industry” – said the Channel 4 in 2004 http://www.baillie.org.uk/vlc/calendar/view.php?view=day&cal_d=25&cal_m=11&cal_y=2004 It has not been changed in 2012. There is no other explanation why social workers so aggressively have taken children into a foster care or an adoption. If parents have signed a Section 20 for children to be placed into temporary foster care, they practically will never be to have returned to the parents, especially if the children are at a young age and nice. The adoption process is going faster, so now it would take a half of year with presence in the family court and that is with the predict result: the children will be allowed for the adoption. We can look close what is happening on this “market”. It is very difficult to put into adoption teenagers, black children or children from Asia’s families. It is difficult to put into adoption the children with disabilities or from families with alcohol or drug addictions. The demand on the “children market” is for children from white families and those who are not older than 4 years old. Children are a serious business. Laila and her daughter Katya were held as the hostages in the system of the forced adoption.
The first thing that catches the eye in Laila’s apartment are folders and documents which spread out on the floor. Laila cannot afford to pay for a private solicitor so she presents her case in the court herself. Free Legal Aid lawyer cannot help too because of the judge of the family court who formally denied Laila in the appeal. Moreover, the practice has shown that free lawyers from the Legal Aid Service sometimes prefer to work against those whom they have supposed to protect. In any case, the representative of Legal Aid, who had worked with Laila, not even informed her about her right and how she could get her child back. However, somebody had advised to write the statement about refusing of the help of social services. When Laila had followed the advice, social services of London district of Merton instant hit back and had applied to the Family Court to deprive the child of mother. That is what they are doind all time with all families. There is almost impossible for parents to win in the court: usually judges not ever read documents of a case. In the middle of the hearing Laila had received an official advice did not to attend the court hearing. The court’s decision was in the favor of social services even before the verdict had been sounded. And very important that Laila did not has a solicitor before she has sign the decision to pass her daughter under care of social services. Nor the social workers, nor Laila’s solicitors, nor ever the judge had preferred did not see to break of Laila’s rights. They did not see the breakage of UNO Convention about the children rights and The Hague Convention also.
Every day Laila was spending the time studying the documents of the case like on this picture. She was preparing objections for the court. The social workers were distorting information at every step. The photos of her youngest daughter Katya as well as older Mayja usually stand in front of her. On that day Laila had to forthcoming to the regular meeting with her youngest daughter Katya. I was going to take photos of all family members, including Laila, Mayja and Katya, even though we were all realized that here we could expect major obstacles from the social workers. We were going to meet near Family centre in London District of Merton. It was a small building which was belonged to the social services and they keep it especially in order families could meet with children who have been taken by social services. In the morning Laila and I went to Merton. Mayja also went there.
Merton was at the other side of London from the place where Laila lives today. We went here by metropolitan and I was taking photos of Laila.
We went to the store to buy gifts for Katya. Later, at the bus stop, Laila had also bought funny balls to her daughter.
